Still looking for offers, if he is signed I will upgrade his custom equipment to include bonus to pocket passer SAs.

He has 70 throwing natural, somewhat slow-build, will build to teams needs and/or take advice on build direction. I am a team player, I don't care about his stats as long as he gets to make some throws.
