Naga
1. Saigon Whores - Week 16 Mekong Delta Force - Clinched the #1 seed
2. Blue Renegade Wino Smurfs of Funkalicious Labatt - Week 16 Victoria Teabaggers - A win locks up the #2 seed, pretty much a lock.
3. Tibet Psychonauts - Week 16 Semarang Red Dwarfs - Win and a Smurf loss is a #2 seed, Win and a Smurf Win is a #3 seed, lose to Semerang and you are a #4 seed and that mean's you are in the Whore's side of the bracket.
4. Semarang Red Dwarfs - Week 16 Tibet Psychonauts - Naga GOTW - Win and you're the #3 seed, lose and a monks win you drop to the #5 spot and lose that home playoff game that will mean's nothing unless you still have equip to pay for.
5. Palembang Drunken Monks - Week 16 Alabama Tidesports Crimson Tide - 5th seed is locked up, can possibly move up to #4 as stated above.
6. Portland Dirty Penguins - Week 16 Cambodia Assassins - Clinched the 6th seed
7. Shadow Lake Snakeheads - Week 16 Hong Kong Hustlers - Win and they keep the 7th seed, lose and drop to 8th and you get an awesome first round matchup.
8. Hong Kong Hustlers - Week 16 Shadow Lake Snakeheads - Win and they clinch the 7th seed, lose and you stay put.
9. Cambodia Mountain Men - you are out of the playoffs but I wanted to give you a shout out for being much improved and almost squeaking in.
Garuda
1. Tet Offensive - Week 16 San Francisco Fire Horses - Clinched #1 seed
2. Buffalo Rampage - Week 16 Johor Bahru Beach Bums - Clinched #2 seed
3. Lucid D.R.E.A.M. - Week 16 The Tackling Dummies - Clinched #3 seed
4. Bangalore Monsoon - Week 16 Three Kingdom Warriors - Need to win to keep the #4 seed
5. Three Kingdom Warriors - Week 16 Bangalore Monsoon - Clinched #5 seed and can move up to #4 with a win over Bangalore, def the Garuda GOTW
6. Munich Mayhem - Week 16 Manila Warlords - Clinched the #6 seed
7. Singapore Canes - Week 16 Vietnamese Sweatshop - Loss and a NYE win means they get the 8th seed, win and they stay @ 7
8. The New York Empire - Week 16 Flint Cobras - Win and you're in, Lose and a Tackling Dummies win and you're out
9. The Tackling Dummies - Week 16 Lucid D.R.E.A.M. - Needs a win and a NYE loss. Dream has nothing at all to play for, they could use basic AI? they could tank it to get their Defense on the field so Window licker finishes 1st in the D MVP standings?

Texan's Preseason Top 10
Note: I never claim to be accurate. This is a bit Naga-heavy but I think Naga is a much stronger conference this season.
1. Saigon Whores (Naga)
The second best team in Naga from last season now looks like the prohibitive favorite this time out unless someone has some tricks up their sleeves.
2. Tet Offensive (lolgaruda)
Talk of 20-0 begins as Tet returns stronger than ever but there are many stumbling blocks on the way.
3. The Blue (Naga)
Maybe a bit of a surprise in this spot but I have a feeling they take that next step to home playoff team that they have talked about since oh, like season 7.
4. Bangalore Monsoon (lolgaruda)
Bangalore is once again loaded with top talent and good coaching. They will contend all the way for the title.
5. Palembang Drunken Monks (Naga)
Don't sleep on the Monks, they have some great dots and their inexperienced OC will get better as the season progresses.
6. Shadow Lake Snakeheads (Naga)
Another tough team in a stacked Naga Conference. They will threaten to play at least until day 38, but can anyone beat Saigon?
7. Portland Dirty Penguins (Naga)
Another rebuilt Naga team with a lot of talent, but will they find direction and waddle their way up the standings once again after an off-year 7th seed?
8. Semarang Red Dwarfs (Naga)
The only new team to make my initial rankings, Semarang has vets coaching the team and aren't really "new" by practical standards at all. Their roster is a bit old and that could come back to bit them as the season progresses.
9. Lucid DREAM (lolgaruda)
I have a feeling this team picks up steam as they go and I would not be surprised to see them pull a playoff upset or two.
10. Tibet Psychonaughts (Naga)
A really nice roster still and now with some Pro experience they are a sure playoff team, but how will they be come playoff time?
Honorable Mention: Hong Kong Hustlers (Naga)
HKH had a terrible season in their Pro debut but I have the sense they will surprise a lot of teams this time around.
Buffalo Rampage (lolgaruda)
I hesitate to ever count them out.
