Decline didnt end Benitos dynasty. It was Havoc stepping down that did. We never had that superior dots.

As for WL: Working as intended. People can always decline if they dont want to go up there.

Not having dots that out level every team by 3 lvls ended Havoc's reign.

Havoc + Run Hard = WSI domination... without Havoc they would have been a tough team but not the elite unbeatable force that they were.

Thanks for pointing that out, and you're right. Havoc's coordinating was epic to go along with the great builds. My bad.

I was with WSI in S9 and forward so there for the latter glory days.
