Just an FYI for some of the new Team Owners. If you are not familiar with an agent, be cautious to let him build more than a dot or 2 for your team or your season could crater no matter how much hard work you put into it.

(Could you imagine for example if this guy built you 5-10 dots, maybe a couple of glamour positions?)

Looks like a lot of flex was left on the table with that account

Part of the reason I require all new agents to custom is because I figure guys that custom actually care about their players more. It is going to be even more important to have good agents with the 50 man roster.
