Speed 77 natural (more if possible)
Agility 77 natural
Vision 63 natural
Catching/Carrying both 1st capped..

Less Vision,moar Carrying/Catching imo

for me, a scatback must have speed and agi around 70-80 then strength at 45 then catching and carrying at 30-40. Lastly vision at most 40

how do you get your HB the ball so much? I have a very quick scat back but i cant get my guy the ball more than 40 times a season.

With a good offensive coordinator.

Good OC.

We had the QB pick him as a favorite target some of the time.

Mainly, he was just open a ton. Most teams tried to guard him with LBs and they couldn't keep up.

I would take speed to 80+ first with a scat back . . .

Would the Route Running SA help a scat back?

Edit: actually forget that.. the 'scat back' SA basically does the same thing.

I just made a scatback this season; my first "HB" ever.

I plan on taking speed and agi to 77 natural first.

Haven't decided how high to take everything else, but I assume in the end build I want catching to at least 61, carrying to at least 70, and strength/vision/confidence to at least 60.

you don't need that much strength, you can soft cap it towards the end of your career, unless you plan on going heavy spin. Catching doesn't need to go over 61 ever really imo. Just build a good elusive back with a little more catching and pas catching oriented SAs.

I had a scatback last year on my team with 77 strength and he destroyed the league. Just sayin'.

Nobody's saying that more strength won't be effective, they're just saying you can be a super effective scat back with 2nd capped strength easily.

I am still relatively new to GLB and I'm building my first scat back and would like some suggestions.

Level 25 (Effective level 26)
Speed: 77.48 (99.48 with EQ)
Agility: 71.48
Carrying/Sramina/Strength/ Vision all around 28

Fake Chance: +4%
Speed: +0.7

I feel like I might have backed off speed too early. Should I get speed up to 81 before capping Carrying? Should I bring Agility up to 77/81? Should I keep putting my VPs into Track Star for now?
