Im kind of new to the game and i dont understand what i should be dumping my SPs into after i hit the Str cap...or so i think. Any advise would be good.

you all ready messed up by dumping points into SA's imo.
I'd also advise you to get to the 74 cap at the least on both STR/SPD and go about 68 or 74 on CRY and 68 on AGI
