just wondering if it is better to go ahead and soft cap agility or continue to pile on the strength til i hit my goal....also i havent made up my mind if im making a DT or a NT. If i make a NT how high should i bring strength to before im done with it? thanks a lot

Right you should be training agility and tackling while putting points in to strength. Take strength to at least 7th or 8th cap before putting points in agility. All eq into strength. Most teams want a run stopper for NT so I would get strength up to 83 - 85 without eq.
