What are the settings that you are having the most luck with? I have tried just about everything this season and nothing seems to be worth a shit.

Rikkhen, seeing that your QB is level 43, I would say going lofty is a terrible idea. That is just asking to get picked off my CB's. WR's at that level should be able to catch passes and should have no problem taking bullet passes. Supermans QB is level 16 so what works for his QB is not exactly what is going to work in the higher, competitive levels.

What would you guys recommend for tactic settings for a lvl 50 QB with 70 strength, 80 vision, 110 throwing, and 70 confidence?

Generally speaking, your team's play calling matters more than the QB's build. If most throws are under the coverage you can put more zip on it. If most throws are over the coverage you're going to want more loft. Ie bullet for short routes vs loft for deep routes.
One thing that is tied directly to build, however, is strength and your loft/bullet setting. A stronger QB puts more zip on the ball, so you can afford to put a bit more loft on passes and still have them reach their target quickly.
All that said, I'd probably start around -40 (between bullet and medium) and adjust from there based on performance.
