Stirling was 6-10 and now we're fighting to get to 8-8. We did have a major roster revamp replacing the really old guys with guys just entering 320ish days old, so that explains a lot of the treading water, but chugging along for some teams is just a sentence for lots of seasons of mediocrity at the Pro level (which is fine if that's all you're looking for).
