The description on the closing speed is somewhat vague. How far away from the ball carrier must you be for it to kick in?

I just rolled a +3 agi/+1 closing speed piece on my DE and I am trying to decide if its a worthwhile piece for my DE, or should I keep rolling.

5 yards... don't bother. If you're guy is that far away from the ball carrier after starting at the line he won't be making the play.

If the + 3 agi is good for you then buy it for that.
