Right now have Laser Arm (15), Hard Count (15), and Quick Release (15), which one should I pick next?

Hard to say since your build is not open but if you have say 6+ in field general I would consider going with natural leader .

Also ask yourself whether your QB's team will be qualifying for the playoffs. If so, you may want to tag Heart of Champ.
