Should he continue to build agility to 81 or stop now at 77?

I think his build is sorta messed up a bit and have been considering going for 81 agility and speed but it really seems like a huge investment. Tell me what you guys think, any advice would be welcomed. Thanks.

your build is close to mine but i would have took speed to 80+

i dunno if you are cap building but adding multi atts at the same time can hurt your long time run.

boomer82 maybe you can help me with something Ive been thinking about for a while.

If De's are going up against T with say.. 100+ strength.. later 120+.. Im starting to wonder what the point of strength for a DE is? What I mean is.. say he took it to 68.. what is the extra 5 points going to do taking it to 73? Is 5 points going to make any diff at all in the end?

Im not sure these extra few points are going to stop you getting caked are they?

Those extra 5 points early on will net you just that many more points in ALG's by the end of his career. Every little bit helps.

Well I cant argue against 'every lil bit helps' lol

but the question remains.. does anyone think those few extra points stop you getting caked later on ?

Edit: btw Im not trying to be a smart arse.. its a legit question.. Im right at the point with my DE Im not sure wether to bother going high on strength or get stuck into vision or tackling.

Yes they will. Also, they will help with breaking blocks and making tackles as well.

Your DE doesn't have to match the OTs str, as they don't have to match the DEs AGI or SPD.

wow, my build is also almost identical, I have a tad more agility and less strength tho' and i feel im on the same crossroad as your at right now. I was originally thinking not to touch strenght for a while, rather 77 speed and 81 agility, espcially sense we both got technique man VA.

When do you guys reccomend putting points into vision and tackling? I want to get that nasty jump on the snap.. thinking of getting the VA Jump The snap, what would be the right amount of vision to go with that?

IMO - if you are building for the long term, after speed, agility, and strength are all at natural 81. IMO you take speed to 73 roll over to 74. Agility to 78 roll over to 79. Then strength to 81. Then you start working on vision and tackling.

I agree with everything but strength to 81. If you get strength up to 77 quick enough you won't need to waste SP on that, when you could use it on vision/confidence and start on SA's sooner.

Our builds are almost the same yet I have less vision and confidence but higher tackling and strength. My DE is smaller/lighter and has been more productive.
