No what he's trying to do is set up a pee wee league of 14 teams to make a secondary league that competes season after season. He wants to set up some sort of draft system and just make it as realistic as possible... At this point it is very raw and needs a lot of input. I really like the idea but we just need to figure out where its going and that takes getting more peoples input.
