im not an expert in qb but your qb has already been sacked 16 times and hurried 35 times, which means your offensive line is very weak which will make almost any QB struggle, also because you are being hurried so much i think you will probebly have to raise your confidence more.
also strength might be little low but im not sure, some of the expert here should help you and give you better advice.
