A lot of things are going well with this build.

A few things I'd suggest long-term (not taking into account ALGs):
Speed: 83
Agility: 77
Jumping: Stick with training here
Stamina: 61
Vision: 68
Confidence: 61
Catching: 68
Carrying: 68

EQ:
100% Speed until probably pretty late into his career when you can consider Agility.

Assuming you've got 3 fully upgraded pieces of AEQ at the end of his career, I'd try to get a piece with Juke (tied to a Speed or Agility bonus), a piece with Head Fake (tied to a Speed or Agility bonus), and a piece with +% Fake Chance (tied to a Speed or Agility bonus).

SAs (including EQ):
Route Running: Consider taking this to at least 4 even with penalty to it because it's such a good SA
Sticky Hands: Consensus is that this is relatively weak SA. Allow drop rate to determine points here.
First Step: 10 base
Quick Cut: 6 base
Head Fake: 10 w/ EQ
Spin: As many as it takes to take Juke to 10 w/ EQ
Juke: 10

VAs:
Quick Feet, Ball Hawk, Possession Receiver, Mr. Reliable, and Clutch are big ones (depending on team strategy and routes you run at a given depth chart spot). If you're brave, maxing out Streaky is a good one too, but only do this at a reset so you don't have to deal with the 50-50 chance...

Yes. I'm a bit long-winded, but I hope this helps.
