Get Agility to 68 natural while training vision with something else on the side. You may have taken Speed one cap too far but we'll see down the road, I made a similar mistake with a safety once though and he still had a good career. Once Agility is at 68 and you've trained vision up into the low 30's, dump all points you can into vision and get it to 68 as well. After that . . . well that's a while from now.
