I'm pretty new to this site so I'm not sure if I have my player set up perfectly as of now. So if you're looking for the best possible KR/PR at lvl 1 you might want to look elswhere. But if you'd like to help a noob out, sign him to a team and maybe give him some tips, go ahead and send me an offer or a PM if you want to discuss anything in paticular.
