Nice start to a good build.

speed to 77 natural and second cap carrying...not sure which to do first tho.

pretty good, no mistakes or anything. Need to raise both speed and agility another cap...keep training stamina and confidence forever, cap that strength and his some SA's. Is never going to be elite, because you really didn't take any risks or do anything special on him..but I'd roll with that RB..solid 8/10

If its a combo runner, id add a little bit more strength, however, if you want to be elusive full time get speed to 120+ and agility to 80+ With vision about 65 or so...then go to about 160+ Speed if you can,.

go to 120 speed and then up to 160? why stop there and dont go to 190?
