i dont really have a lvl 71 CB, but i was playing around with the builder, and this is what i got. what do you guys think?

i would have enough BTs for 3 pieces of lvl 64 AEQ. one piece would be SDC, and i could hopefully also get a 5% DB piece, and a +5%INT piece.

Is that an archetype CB?

yes. i dont think those numbers would be possible without the new archetypes...?

Well Carrying is 17 and it doesn't look like a returner build at all so I was a bit confused. Which one did you use to come up with that?

yeah, i just couldnt figure out what to train with catching for a while, haha. but i used the man specialist archetype.

Had one just like it, it's beastly.

Give it a 9 out of 10, I like that Superior Vision and Shutdown SA quite a bit.

I like it except for I'd leave 2 off the SV and get a piece of AEQ in it rather than an int % piece. Then either max out swat or go higher on CD.
