I'd like to build one - is it worth it?

100 Natural ?

It would be OK with EQ at around Level 50-60ish

I think that the extreme builds will tend to be less valuable because of the recent stamina changes (a 130 Speed WR now require Stamina softcapped at 2:1 at least) but all i know is that Agility is the key for WRs to run best routes.

I am currently slowbuilding a WR who will have at Lv 60ish around 85-90 (Natural) Speed and Agility but do not neglect to build the catching (catch roll) and stamina (how long you gonna be able to run that fast) and vision (even i though i hate vision, it's now a primary attribute anyways because of the elusive attempts)

He's at lvl 54 and has 81 natural SPD & AGI. I'm thinking about moving around some eq to get to 100/100.

I think you are confusing this with thinking he wants to get to 100/100 natural Speed/agility.

I think he means with EQ.

That means his catching could easily get to the 73 cap.

Vision easily to 68+

Stamina easily to 60

Carrying easily to 60+

Plus SAs.

Also, any one of us could do that with our WRs that have reached the 81/81 Speed/Agility. It's just 19 EQ in both.
