I get it.

I understand all of the changes and how they will affect Pee Wee. I know how the training system will work, I know how the roster wil work, I know how coaching will work (it is N/A for Pee Wee), I know how the financial system will work.

And it honestly won't make too big of a difference now that they made the change regarding starting morale and upgrades.

The training system is the big change, and it only screws over those who currently train on intense. For those who train on normal and don't use the bonus tokens, this system will only make your dots better.

Anyone training on normal is handi capping their team. The ONLY season we trained on normal was the 8-8 season we had or was it 7-9, either way when you train in normal your losing points throughout the season. We had a few players that trained on intense and 95% was on normal and the 3 or 4 on intense were head and shoulders above the rest.

I think at one time we had 2 Cbs one on intense and the other Normal. The Normal trained CB was one level higher than the Intense training CB (boosted 1 time) yet the intense trained CB had 9 more attributes than the CB that was a level higher and training on normal.

But the new normal is different than the old normal. Under new normal, there is a significant bonus to the one attribute that you are training, new normal is the INTENSE. Also you would need to unlock new two attribute training, which is going to take away from your resources.

I train on intense for the most part, but not when it doesn't make sense to do it (the attributes that I want to improve don't have an intense combo).

I don't think I will grasp it until I actually start clicking on stuff to train my dots and seeing what happens. I know whatever I do I will be "doin it rong", either not training hard enough or not generating enough tokens or whatever. This must be the way to get away from cookie cutter builds - 90% of agents will get it wrong for a few seasons. Different levels of wrongness = moar variety!

Actually I think you read that backwards... The new INTENSE is the old normal. At least that is what I read from what Catch posted
