I already have a piece that started out as +3 Speed and +1 Juke. I know, great piece... =)

I just rolled a +3 Agility and +3% Fake Chance. Should I take it or hold out for a Spin piece now that Spin fires a lot more often?

+ fake chance is pretty awesome and you can put SPs into spin.

+fake will work for head fake, juke and the new catch fake if you have it.

If you have the attributes to support it. But fake chance will increase your chance to juke. It's more a matter of whether you want a decent change to do two different tactics or a better chance to do one of them.
