49 vision isn't necessarily low for a level 37, but it is for a level 60, which is the point.
Parity in kicker builds has been needed for some time now. I'm unconvinced we'll actually see any, but things are looking up.

I think it is a good change that kicking is down across the board...kickers should not be consistently be hitting 90+% from everywhere.
Definitely seeing a drop in WL kickers accuracy...so this is effecting all kickers.
