I am the Offensive Coordinator of this one team and I own both QB's on the team. One I'm building to be a pocket passer and the other is a rushing QB. Its a casual league team and I was wondering how I would set up the tactics to make sure my rushing QB is in on the QB running plays and the pocket passer is in the rest of the time. Any help would be majorly appreciated.

The only way I know of doing that would be to write a massive AI in which in each conceivable circumstance the QB will run, you select him from the custom slot.

a naive question: could you not play with the formation to at least control it a little?

let me give an example:

if you put your rusher in QB2 slot and then force all I formations to use the QB2 slots, then 80% of the rushing plays for QB will always be with your rusher. and if you ask automatically to adjust, when your QB1 is used for rushes with the shotgun or single back formation,, should be pretty bad results, hence should not be used again due to the adjustement.

not great but i think it should give some kind of control....

of course, it also means your passing prime on I formation will be your rusher...not sure that is a good option...
