Have owned a team in the minors for 6 seasons that made it up to the cap 46 level but decided to go casual so GM's wouldn't have to deal with the advanced AI and all it's flaws and time constraints anymore. I always pay full EQ, building 3 stadium sections already during this offseason to get a head start so I will not be offering signing bonuses, but the longer you stay with the team the larger the benefit will be from our early financial success. Since casuals is all about build quality I am going to be a bit picky and request that all players have custom EQ, boosting is optional but preferred.
