How would you build it?

I'm trying to slow build one of these myself and would love to see opinions from others.
My 1st question would be on speed. I don't think it is the bread and butter attribute for this archtype but in my opinion speed kills in GLB. When would you guys cap it and what cap would you bring it to?
Initially my plan is to get it to 73 or maybe even 77 before capping anything else.

Speed would be the last thing I cap if I were building a power receiver for the long term.
You need to take advantage of the Auto Level Gains. I would 61 cap Catching, then work on STR + AGI

I'm doing the exact same thing. Catching to 61, then let ALG take that as high as it wants.

I am going to go with Strength then Agility then Catching. Obviously he will be worthless early in his career.

I was thinking since speed was a secondary attribute it wouldn't hurt that much long term. But then again I am a slow build noob so learning the ropes. I just can't stand watching slow as molasses dots for the first what, 20-30 levels?
Thanks for the input though guys and Chron27, sorry if I hijacked this thread on you.

If you care about the first 30 levels, then you're screwing yourself for the last 30 levels.

ALGs are huge. My lv34 TE took catching to 61 and had it trained up to 90+%. He is currently at 73.5 natural Catching ability. This is what you miss out on but not working on your majors 1st.

I'm building one myself... I posted a thread about it actually. From using the builder tool I discovered the route I would take. Mine is going to be stronger than a DE and LB, and just as fast, if not faster. I'm hoping corners and safeties are going to bounce off him. If there's any way to build a successful power receiver then this is going to be the test. Don't just be strong and catch everything thrown at you, because if you can't get open or burn down the field after breaking the tackle then there's really no use. That's why vision, catching, jumping, and stamina are going to take a bit of a hit.
