Build is open and looking for some thoughts.

I'd get carry up, then invest heavily into SAs.

Looks more like a combo back to me, I would take carrying to 68 and the strength to 68. Then SA's. jmo.

Edit, oh it's looks like your a non booster, so carrying and strength to 68 might be a bit tough.
