what lvl shoul i try to find an adv equip piece of SC to my CB?
he's lvl 32, i keep saving up to 15 than use all of them but i never found the piece i want. =T

what should i do?

Late 30's or 40. You'll be able to roll an extra equipment piece at lvl 40 and you'll be able to upgrade it that one more time by then as well.
