Since your back you might as well retire that player so you can build a new one. No offense but that is one of the worst builds I ever seen.

I dont know if its the worst build, but -15 to agility -14 to strength is gonna keep him off the field. I'd retire him also and make a new guy. 550 days old is pretty old.
