i have a mlb and a lolb what should i choose for their archetypes?

Above is a link to all the archetypes. I tend to choose my archetypes by the bonus and penalty SAs. The ALGs (auto level gains) are also important.
Hard hitting or coverage LB sounds good for a MLB. Hard hitting might be the most popular choice.
Coverage LBs are pretty common for LOLBs because they tend to cover the TE the most.

ALGs are important for the young ones but for the older ones I think it should almost completely be about bonus/penalty SAs.
