This is my first LB. With the Hard Hitter archetype, what should my training focus be? I assume that since Str/Vis/Ag are majors, I would get these to 68 first? Is that the way to go?

Yeah pretty much. Depends how patient you are though because you cant leave speed alone if you want to be viable for your early years.
