I understand that for an elusive back I likely want to get speed up to at least 5th cap first, then agility to about the same.

At first I'll be training speed/agility, after that what should I train next? Should I do vision/agility or jump to strength/carrying?

I was thinking of doing it in this order, but I'm probably wrong:

speed/agility
agility/vision
vision/confidence
confidence/carrying
strength/jumping
jumping/stamina

How far off am I? I've never built a runner before.
