If you want to blitz you absolutely need to push speed to the 77 cap before you do anything else.

Unless you plan on being a 90 strength 110+ agility DE.

Isn't this the CB forum?

Well then, lol, could a DE type build work, in any fashion, for a CB slot? A situational corner, with high strength and agility, who can get sacks and take down the RB?

With the right DC, could it be effective?

Probably anything could, with the right DC
But I don't know of any DCs who would want a CB with a pass rushing DE build

Then Djinnt, what would you reccomend I should do with this build to make him a blitzing corner WITHOUT retiring him?

hmm..
Normal train speed and cap it asap. Continue normal training it until it gets to 93-99%, then move on to tackling and cap it second.
Once speed gets to 77 or 81, train the rest of the way to 100%
You'll need some agility and first step, change direction can't hurt

I'll run a build later and show you what to do. The problem with building a CB blitzter as opposed to a DE is that CBs are limited where you can place them in the DAI. Since they have to start from so far away, you need a hell of a lot of speed for them to be successful.
