Pass-rush DE looking for 14cap team

What I'm looking for:
- Cap 14 team that is able to contend, and GROW with (he's a work in progress)
- 4-3 scheme
- DC that knows how to run blitz schemes (don't just throw everything at the QB)
- doesnt have to start but no special teams (his stamina is still being worked on)
- all EQ paid for
What you get:
- Agent that just retired an AAA DE -- i've won a sacks trophy
- Agent that studies snaps and is a student of the DLine
- Fairly talkative guy when it comes to talking about builds and talking about game planning tactics and formations
- CE probably this offseason
- Boosting probably not yet.
