Surge doesn't look as helpful in the Pee Wees. I'm more interested in testing the fakes and the morale killers because they have a natural firing rate that increases with the SA value, where moves like Surge seem to fire more often at higher levels, but don't seem to do much to the velocity of the ball carrier.
