Is there anyone building a successful QB who is not Double or Triple Soft Capping Throwing, then Vision right off the bat?

successful, well he hasn't been on a good (or even half decent) team yet, but I went vision first on this guy http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1614635 going to pump the shit out of throwing next.

My QB has been successful from the start... He will have gold trophy's in passing yards and TD's this season...
I went 80 in throwing before moving on to my vision... I've completely ignored strength thus far and been splitting Vision and throwing equipment... so right now he is 99 throwing and 86 vision...
