First let me tell you guys a little about myself. I have been GLBing since season 5. I have owned a team from season 6-8 (the Pecs of Steel) to consecutive playoff games. I decided to retire as an owner and focused on becoming an OC for season 9. I led a 0-16 to a 15-1 season under my first job as OC. After the owner retired his team, I went on to OC another team to a 15-1 season as OC (DDB). Currently i am a headcoach of DDB and are off to an undefeated season and maybe even win the championship. Right now I am looking for one decent team (not gutted team) to OC. I can even help out w/ recruiting a little bit. I like owners who are very active and committed to their respective teams. I love active forums and love to see good builds on teams. That shows the owner/GMs are knowledgeable. If you guys fufill those requirements, I promise to do my best as an OC to take your team to the promised land.
My offensive philosophy: Strong Power running game with a complimentary scat/speed back. 75-25 running/passing game. Mainly run 4 WR sets with the fifth WR position filled with a speed TE.
