Forum > Running Backs > HB age 41 - 80 > lvl 13 speed HB with 3 boosts left for s14 (which means a lvl 16 hb on a 13 capped team start of s15)
You won't be able to boost past level 14 if you sign with a 14 capped team. That changed two seasons ago.
