I own:
Superior Red Shirt (Base) +3 speed, Make tackle chance +3%
Superior Yellow Shirt (Level 4) +4 speed, +3 vision, Deflect ball chance +11%
Superior Blue Shirt (Base) +1 Big Hit SA, Break block chance +2%
Superior Purple Shirt +3 vision, Force fumble chance +3%
Superior Pink Visor (Level 4) +4 speed, +1 strength, Deflect ball chance +11%
Superior Yellow Gloves (Level 4) +6 speed, +3 Wrap Up Tackle SA
+ 33 BTs in my Hand
Any clue?
BTW, I'm training Jumping (for Towering man)

None of those %s are any good.

deflect ball is the best of those.

Any % that is less than 5 is not worth having, especially now with the changes to the percentage rules, unless it's got something else really nice - like, as an NT, I would be happy with a +3 Strength, +3 Break Block Chance% piece.

If you're a DE, then the +3 Speed/+3 Make Tackle % is okay.
+3 Vision, +3% Deflect Ball is not that good.
+1 Big Hit SA, +2% Break Block Chance is not that good.
+3 Vision, +3 Force Fumble % is okay, but nothing special.
+1 Strength, +3% Deflect Ball is not that good either.
+2 Speed, +1 Wrap Up Tackle SA is not that good.

Here's what I would do; presuming you bought these pieces before Febuary 13th:

Wait until they announce the "Trade-in for % chance AEQ.

Trade in the +3 Vision, +3% Deflect Ball under the "swap a piece method" and pick up a +3 Vision, +1 SA that's important for you. Not sure if you are a DE, DT or NT, but pick accordingly.

Trade in the +3 Vision, +3 Force Fumble% for the 25 refund tokens and go shopping. Find a piece that is better and boost it with the cash you got from the refund.

Keep the +2 Speed/+1 Wrap Up Tackle for now. Don't boost it anymore.

Sell the rest.

You shoud now have +3 Vision/+ Some SA, a quality piece bought because you had 25 refund tokens to shop with, and the +2 Speed/+1 Wrap Up Tackle. I'd then try to find a better piece than +2 Speed/+1 Wrap Up Tackle, and then sell the +2 Speed/+1 Wrap Up Tackle and use the BTs to boost up whatever your new piece is.

Here are what you should be looking for:
+3 Speed / +SA that matters (if you're a DE)
+3 Agility / +SA that matters (if you're a DE, DT or NT)
+3 Strength / +SA that matters (if you're a DE, DT or NT)
Or, +3 Speed, Agility or Strength / +5 Break Block Chance (even +3 Speed / +5 Break Block Chance works for a DT OR NT). Even a +3% Break Block Chance is good enough if it's paired with a +3 Speed/Agility/Strength.
If you're a DT or NT, I'd also be happy with a +3 Agility or +3 Strength combined with a +5% Force Fumble Chance.
I'd also be happy with a +5% Break Block and +5% Force Fumble, or even a +3% Break Block and +3% Force Fumble.

That's just my opinion on the matter though.
