I want to bring my players all to the same team NO Exceptions. Would like to start, and the players builds support that they should start.

CB Hester - A true shutdown CB, in a long line of decent CB's that I have built. This one is the gem in my crown. He is where I want him to be and is only going to get better. He has over 100 Speed, 70 Agility and 69 Vision. Also has other attributes in the area that I am aiming for and is a #1 CB, not a #2, though he does have his Strength over 40. Am looking for a Starting Job, and will be buying the Custom upgrade this season, now that I know he is worth the investment.

QB Michael Robinson - Can we say 7 to 1? He has a career TD to INT ratio of 7 to 1, 72 TD's and 10 INT's so far in his career. That means on average that he has averaged 2 picks a season. I have never been aggressive in getting him a Starting job and have constantly been overlooked because of being on friends teams. I know that he is now ready to make a splash as a starter because his build is ready to win alot of games. I have owned a team Since Season 4, and watched many great builds play for us, so I know what I was aiming for, and it wasn't to be great for a season or 3, it was to be great when it matters and that is in the higher leagues. He has Custom, and his Custom Upgrade as well. A great QB that can either be apart of a 2 QB system, or as the lone QB on a team. This guy is going to make your WR's better.

WR Derrick Williams - He is a good receiver and if given the chance, will give your WR core a boost. I have not bought his Custom yet, because he was not being used correctly, and I don't just buy Custom to buy it, it is an investment. I am ready to buy his Custom because now I know that he is a true Starting WR. He can play the #1 or the #2, and will produce. I have complete faith in him, and your team will too. Has 95+ Speed (100+ w/ Custom), 3rd Capped Agility and Catching. Vision and Confidence will be getting the next look for him and then he will be complete. A very good WR to add to your team.

Ends on Day 40
No Trade Clause
Min Salary Rounded Up (EX. $4,223 a day = $4,300 a day rounded up)
Max Bonus (Yeah, I have been lied to as well as everyone else in the game, this will be used towards their Equipment)

EQ cash, contract amount and max bonus isn't an issue at all, we've got cash to burn. We'll be promoting to a cap-46 league in Season 15. Come to a winner dude. we will be cap 42 next season (moving up 3 caps from 30 for winning the championship) we are 16-0 this season and 1-0 playoffs so far
they could start but I run my team on a 98-99% energy setting so everyone gets good time here
I dont have a problem doing EQ , as a matter of fact I try to get people to let me know asap when they need it, my goal is to win and the better my players EQ the better my odds , but I have no idea what the max bonus is and could not promise that right now I prefer to give better salary because like you said I have also been burned by players saying they would get CE or boost and then not doing it and if I pay in salary and get tricked I can cut my losses alot easier
Also my plans for the future since I will be at cap 42 is starting next season I can try to keep the team together the guys that do a good job for me I will try to resign and keep them for the first time, I have not been able to do that in the past when I go up 3 caps and I would need to see the CE before I sent the contracts
I know I am being picky but I am in it to win it and honestly you know if you sign with a cap 46 team you will either not start, or if you do start I would not plan on a championship that is just too far underleveled with my cap 42 it would not be that far off
