This will continue to happen until this game realizes that teams get tired of recruiting a brand new team every 2 seasons.

I'm starting to wonder if a global reset isn't a good idea after all.

Plateau needs to be longer at the very least. Rework XP/SP so that dots are entering their "prime" earlier and stay longer. First 7-8 seasons of dot building suck when you are building towards the Pro/WL game.

Archetype is a perfect time to split the system and eventually let the old model/system decline. Don't let the 2 styles intertwine.

I agree bro, Bort has NO CLUE what team owners go through with recruiting and sustaining a top notch program! Has to rework the peak of players so that they last longer! You cover any 64 EQ, its like throwing cash out the window, more times then not that player is going to retire come seasons end.

Im still a BIG proponent of when a team pays for EQ, whatever portion they help pay for, they recover say a 50% or 75 % of their cash back once that player retires. Would fix alot of cash flow problems with teams and be an incentive for owners to pay for the upper tier EQ for players.

i know theres been some discussion to have the team own eq and pay for upkeep or something so money still matters a bit .... but Bort likes to hide behind the dumb statement that eq was never meant for every dot. i think he should have to explain to agents that even though they pay the same flex as the guy next to them, they can't have their full upgrades ....
