Update: Currently just barely level 23, so unfortunately, I'll need a 26-Capped team to pick me up. Still, he plays at a level much higher than 23... or at least he did last season.

Please PM me if you're still interested. Sorry, had so many offers for Level-22 capped teams, I had to go back and delete a lot of old PMs.
