I have decided after many dominating seasons with BBB (http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=1503) that I am going to be creating a casual team. I am hoping to use the archetypes to replicate the success that my coordinators and players have been able to achieve throughout our run of 3 undefeated championships in 5 seasons, with the possibility of a 4th in season 14.
I hope to include many familiar faces and of course some new ones. Mods, testers, WL experienced coordinators will all be in the mix. There will be a balance and a driven plan to slowbuild and take advantage of every archetype to make the team a pure powerhouse.
Team name has been selected and a professional looking logo is in the works. Serious GM positions have already been dealt out to players I am associated with on current teams in areas that they specialize in. The team will be most likely created day 41 and play its first season in peewee to get realistic stats for all of our players. Next season we will move to the capped leagues.
Players built will be expected to boost regularly and purchase custom equipment. We are lenient with the builds seeing as you are the ones paying for them. However, we hope that players will be willing to ask questions when they are not sure the direction of the build to take. All players will be considered starters and receive max playing time every game.
Anyone interested in an available position I kindly ask that you shoot me over a PM regarding the position you are wanting to build, and the archetype you would be interested in pursuing. I have a pretty basic private forum set up to keep track, and I can get an invite out to anyone that wants one.
