Nah but seriously, merging might be necessary but I refuse to do it. I'll keep keeping us afloat until I can get a full time recruiter or someone who can OC or DC that isn't already doing it for 10+ teams.
It's not that tough. I do the same thing and just recruit after playoffs. So many people pull out of committments anyway that I find recruiting before day 40 to be a lot of wasted effort. I'll ask agents I personally know well before then, but recruiting strangers should be done on days 40-41,
i've only had one commitment back out since season 2 and I always start early
