I am going to super slow build a level 1 NT for the last 21 days of this season then slow build him on a D league team for the begining of next season. What do you guys think i should cap first and how far. I want to say stregnth but how far into it should i go?

should i intense train or just normal train it and if i were to intense train what should i do it with?

start with strength/tackling until strength is in the low 30s then put all points into it until you get to 77 while training agi/tackling then get agi to 77 and tackling to 68 and you should be good.
