I already have a Defensive General piece

Does the make tackle chance make a big difference? Should I stick with this and build it or their other AEQ pieces that would be more beneficial?

It's good in WL and PL where you would potentially face beastly power backs. If you have plans to play in these leagues eventually, at a minimum hold on to this piece for later.
