Also what about Diving Tackle instead? Does it work good stopping runs up the middle?

as long as you break the block it can trigger

i like diving tackle. seemed to help my dt get sacks. then my team owner asked me to dump it. so i dumped that team.

I traded in TV for break block/make tackle chance AEQ. I get way more tackles in the run game, but I got way more hurries when I had TV. So it helps in pass rushing, but I prefer run stopping.
