This is the first time I will be coordinating in this game. You may need a little patience as I just started today. However, if you choose to deal with my learning experience, it may yield great dividends as I am a great defensive mind and have extensive football knowledge.

My advice would be get a little more experience in the game (2 seasons in my opinion) then try to find a job as a scout and work your way up from there. Football knowledge won't help you too much in this game right out of the gates. You need to understand how this game works first.

Perhaps for DCing, but he can be a scout right away. I mean I know when I first joined within a week I was a DC for 2 teams and a recruiter for another (DCing was a lot easier then, but still)...
