The Durham Conspiracy's disappointing start to the season has resulted in the need to make significant personnel changes in the management ranks. The following changes are effective immediately:
(1) Rockislandmike has been fired as the defensive coordinator.
(2) Darth Yoda has been hired as Co-Owner / President of Operations. In this position he will be responsible for *ALL* football decisions, including management and personnel. He will also be in charge of defensive coordination.
(3) Railzors will of course remain with the organization in his current capacity as offensive coordinator.
(4) The team will continue to be owned by QAZAM Sportscorp (Rockislandmike), and will be funded by same. However, he will no longer be responsible for any team decisions other than being in charge of special teams. As part of the transition, the number of players Rockislandmike has on the roster will gradually be decreased as well.
