Ive have my guys switch between 97 stregth 80 agility and 97 agility 80 stregth. But i always leave them on evasive rush. My NT kills with bull rush. Is it any good for DE's?

The only DEs that I've seem that work is high str and high spd

Under level 30 speed and agility rule for DEs, after that the Strong ones start to dominate while the fast ones whither and die against the run.

When I say high I mean very high, 120 str, 100 spd, and 70 agi

A bull rushing DE can get success but you usually will be used to make space for the blitzing OLB.
For example, I got a level 34 RDE playing in a cap 38 league he got 11 tackles, 7 hurry, 3 sacks but the 2 olb playing beside him, lead the team with 11 sacks and the second rolb with 6 sacks.
